Analyst

Khairunnikman is a graduate of International Affairs Management (Honours) from University Utara Malaysia. After graduating in 2018, he worked with National Council of Professors, a think-tank agency established under Prime Minister’s office as junior executive.

After that, he gained invaluable experience as a Perdana Fellow to Minister of International Trade and Industry under the direct supervision of the ex-cabinet Minister, Datuk Darell Leiking. He was exposed to policy work at the highest level and assisting in substantiating the national agenda.

Khairunnikman also had a short tenure working with MARii, a national agency under MITI as a special officer to the CEO and in the office of Executive Chairman of MK Land Holdings Berhad as a personal assistant to the Executive Chairman. To sum-up, he is naturally energetic, and skilled professional with extensive multi-tasking skills.

Khairunnikman joined Arthos in 2021 as an analyst and his focus is to help make a realistic research for a more disciplined, well-informed process for identifying projects anchored on various industries, clear accountability of delivering results and action-oriented implementation policies.

He is currently in the middle of completing Master’s Degree in Strategic and Defence Studies from Universiti Malaya.
